Gustavo Posada

Video Producer and Documentary Creator

Gustavo is a seasoned video and audio producer with over 20 years of experience in the production of groundbreaking documentaries and digital media marketing. Most recently, he worked as a field producer for CUSO/VSO International in Cameroon, helping their local initiatives to reduce poverty and inequality in remotes regions of Africa. He produced and edited over 40 documentary pieces during his time there, including the creation of video web series, video field reports, guerilla marketing efforts, and marketing promotion.

Prior to CUSO/VSO International, Gustavo held positions at JICA (Japanese International Cooperation Agency) as Product and Business Development Manager, as well as Youth Program Coordinator for the Red Cross in Colombia. On these roles, he was in charge the creation and production of the programs’ video reporting and documentary production.

Other roles include graphic designer, video producer and editor for Sinshi Institution, Foundation Social Cimenterie National (CINA), International Organizations for the Migrations (OIM), Tele Montmartre and other international NGO’s.
